MILKY WAY

… a milky light band shows up in the clear night sky. The gods of the ancient Greeks are said to have spilled „galaxis“ – milk – there. It is our galaxy that we live in in our solar system.
The milky white rock crystals that line the transparent mesh of the bracelet remind me of this. It has no clasp and can be slipped over the hand like a cuff due to its elasticity.

MILCHSTRASSE

… ein milchig helles Band zeigt sich im klaren Nachthimmel. Die Götter der alten Griechen sollen da „galaxis“ – Milch – verschüttet haben. Es ist unsere Galaxie, in der wir in unserem Sonnensystem leben.
Die milchig weißen Bergkristalle, die das transparente Geflecht des Armbandes säumen, erinnern mich daran. Es hat keinen Verschluss und lässt sich durch die Dehnbarkeit wie eine Manschette über die Hand streifen.
