The aesthetics of a boomerang are dominated by curved lines. It flies rotating in a circular trajectory. The shape of the tomahawk, which pursues its goal in a straight line, shows itself with sharp corners and edges. Throwing devices are thousands of years old, not only intended for hunting …
In the present video, their sound and movement are abstracted. It is a change of spheres from culture-specific myths to the extraction of the smallest levels of action, a zoom in spheres of sound that are movement as form.
It is based on the musical composition Boomerang & Tomahawk by Hofstetter Kurt, whose dot score contains note formations that formally remind him of a boomerang and a tomahawk. The composition is based on the supersymmetrical composition technique. It follows the notation rule of Inductive Rotation, which is based on the mutual exchange of time and space and leads to Irrational Music.

Im vorliegenden Video sind ihr Klang und ihre Bewegung abstrahiert. Es ist ein Sphärenwechsel von kulturspezifischen Mythen zur Extraktion kleinster Handlungsebenen, ein Zoom in Lautsphären, die Bewegung als Form sind.
Zu Grunde liegt die Musikkomposition Boomerang & Tomahawk von Hofstetter Kurt, in deren Punktpartitur sich Notenformationen finden, die ihn formal an einen Boomerang und einen Tomahawk erinnern. Die Komposition beruht auf der Supersymmetrischen Kompositionstechnik. Sie folgt der Notationsregel der Induktiven Rotation, die auf wechselseitigen Austausch von Zeit und Raum basiert und zu Irrationaler Musik führt.
